9A. ALGIGROUT NS 200
FREE FLOWING NON SHRINK VERY HIGH STRENGTH CEMENTATIOUS GROUT - 28 DAYS COMPRESSIVE 2 STRENGTH IS 600 KG/CM
Properties: ALGIGROUT NS 200 has very high flow and is self compacting and hence doesn't form honeycombs. It increases life of machines due to reduced vibration and total transfer of load. Reduces installation time to 7 days instead of 28 days. Very high early and final strength.
Application Method: Mix with water in the ratio of 0.16 i.e. 8 litre/50 kg ALGIGROUT NS 200 in a concrete mixer & pour and lightly compact.
Coverage: 2.0 Kg grout per Litre by volume to be grouted.
9B. ALGIGROUT EPX
HIGH STRENGTH FREE FLOW EPOXY GROUT FOR MACHINE FOUNDATION.
Properties: 3 days compressive strength achieved is 900 Kg/cm . It is suitable for crane, drop forgers and heavy dynamic loads etc.
Application Method: Mix ALGIGROUT EPX resin, hardener to uniform consistency and then add quartz and mix to uniform color. Pour this in the foundation.
Coverage: For 1 Litre of volume to be grouted 1.4 kg Algi Grout EPX is needed.
9C. ALGIGROUT PE
HIGH STRENGTH POLYESTER FREE FLOW GROUT
Properties: Product has long shelf life of 12 months as against 3 months for regular PE products. Sets within 10 minutes.
Application: Mechanical and chemical properties of very high order are obtained within few hours and is suitable for anchoring, quick repairs etc.
Application Method: Mix Resin, Hardener & Quartz and pour.
Coverage: 1.2 Kg/litre volume to be grouted.
9D. ALGIRAPIDGROUT
FAST SETTING CEMENTATIOUS GROUT FOR REPAIRS
Properties: ALGIRAPIDGROUT is a modified cement formulation of carefully selected additives which gain strength of 200 kg/cm² within 4 hours. It is suitable for repairing potholes on roads, industrial floors etc. It is easy to use and requires only the addition of water and has pot life of 10-15 minutes.
Mixing: Add required quantity of water to the powder and manually or using a drill mix well. The mixed product should be placed immediately.
